What we're looking for

SNKPK, part of the TSUNAGU Project, is looking for an experienced and creative Videographer to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who can work across everything from quick, fast-paced social content to more considered, story-led video production. You’ll work closely with the SNKPK design team to create engaging visual content across TSUNAGU brands, venues, projects, and external clients.

This is a part-time and flexible position, approximately 20–30 hours per week depending on experience and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creating fast-paced, engaging social content for brands and venues
• Developing story-led video concepts and creative ideas
• Filming and managing visual production both in-studio and on location
• Editing video content and handling colour grading and post-production
• Assisting with content and shoot planning, including storyboarding
• Managing video files, footage, and digital assets
• Creating content that aligns with each brand’s visual identity and creative direction

Ideal skills

• Proven experience in videography and video production
• Fast and efficient content creation
• Strong visual storytelling and storyboarding skills
• Strong camera, lighting, and composition skills
• Experience with video editing and colour grading
• Strong time management and accountability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work hands-on, both independently and as part of a team
• A good understanding of social media content and current video trends
• Experience working with hospitality is highly regarded

• Based at the SNKPK North Melbourne office, with on-location shoots around Melbourne
